"Without art, earth is just 'eh.'" I feel this quote in my soul.

I've been an artist and a creative for as far back as I can remember. In fact, I come by it naturally! My family tree includes many artists, so why not go with what Jesus has given me through my dna?

My mediums of choice are acrylic paints and charcoal. I love creating joy and life from the chaos of black soot getting everywhere or paint blobs and bottles sitting all over the place... Ah, it's like heaven for me.

 

Everyone has their "thing," and animals are mine; I've been called "The Pet Portrait Lady" many times. Animals can speak to us in ways that people can't, and some messages are better sent by a roaring lion with a spark in his eyes.

I have been an artist instructor at Painting With a Twist for many years, and my personal works have been showcased in competitions, coffee shops, and even a city park in my home town!
